Came home after hurricane and found a wet torn box close to my front door. Fed Ex delivered box on the day we had mandatory evacuation.
I had already left town and didn't find package until I had returned after Hurricane Irma. I called up customer service and they said they weren't responsible. They are responsible because they decided to do business with Fed Ex. The customer service lady said they can pick up the box and replace the items.
However, the box was destroyed and some of the items were missing.
I was very disappointed in their lack of empathy and just plain good business practice. I will never purchase from the Body Shop again.
